To avoid SPAM, automated emails, false and invalid claims we've setup this official process to make a claim. Use this form to avoid any delays processing your request. Processing is manual and can take up to 48 hours during business hours (11am-3pm Mon-Fri). Any other forms of communication will be ignored for security reasons.

One request per submission! Using an automator to file notifications is forbidden and will get you banned. Submitting false and invalid claims consistently will also get you banned.

All submissions require proof which must include a selfie holding a credible news paper (in colour and showing the publish date - not older than 1 week) with an A4 paper that has the handwritten date of your request, and if you've been authorised to represent someone on their behalf; a notarised power of attorney showing that you are actually representing the people you are claiming to do. Requests that don't follow this will be ignored.

We will work with you if you work with us. The following have worked with us by including proof without the use of an automator. As a result have had their requests actioned immediately.
